Refund and Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • The sealed package
  • The entire opening process
  • The product’s condition as received
Non-Returnable Items
  • We do not accept returns for:
  • Products that are used, worn, or damaged after delivery
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Return requests submitted after the 14-day window

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at support@dopeleathers.com with the following details:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for your return

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will send you the return instructions along with the return address via email.

Refunds
  • Approved returns will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges
  • We only offer exchanges if:
  • The item arrives damaged  an incorrect item
  • In other cases, we recommend completing a return and placing a new order.
Late or Missing Refunds
  • If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
  • Check with your bank or credit card provider
  • Allow some time for official posting delays
